As two yogis with love for the digital world we would like to share some of our favorite (yoga) apps with you.
What is a better way to start the day then in peace with a meditation and some breathing exercises. We agree it’s not always easy to take time for it, but once you’ve done it you remember how great it is and how much you might’ve missed this routine!
This is a great app with lovely sound-effects to time your meditation. Another lovely feature is that you can see how many people are meditating around the world at the same time. Peaceful!
A colleague of mine showed me this app a little while ago and I’m hooked ever since. Although I still love coloring on paper, this is a great app if you are waiting somewhere or while you are traveling with public transport for example. The colors to choose from are stunning.
Pia just texted me that it’s also a good remedie for insomnia..
You do not always have time to visit a yoga class at a studio. This is a fantastic place to enjoy yoga classes from teachers from all over the world at any given time. They offer a variety of styles, themes and even offers geeking out over a pose. They categorize by Body, Heart and Mind.
You want to do a quick morning flow? Or maybe something to spice you up after lunch? YogaGlo has it all. Although it’s a paid platform, it’s word every penny. No, we do not get sponsored for this 😉
You can try it free for 15 days, you do need a creditcard though. But I guarantee it’s worth it.
We will soon post about our favorite teachers and classes that are available on YogaGlo.
